- Certain products, such as custom orders, consumables (batteries, bulbs, etc.), and special promotional items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return exclusions.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns that are not due to an error on our part (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- All returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Final Sale Items:
